Logo, signage, website, stationery and related brand elements
When they came through our door, Forma Athletics + Apparel was a vision. The client was planning a state-of-the-art fitness centre, complete with a fitness-fashion boutique and their own brand of top-quality workout wear. An unknown company entering a hotly contested market, they needed a logo and branding package that would elevate them to the top tier, with guidelines on applying brand elements to everything from their clothing and other products, to their retail store, training centre and online presence.
Our brand identity represents and defines the company’s distinct attributes through clean, powerful icon, type treatment, and an alliterative positioning line, Form. Fit. Function. We applied the brand elements to every aspect of the new company’s presence, from corporate stationery to brochures, bags and signage. We provided clear art direction for using the logo on Forma fitness apparel. A key application of our branding elements can be seen in the fitness facility and retail environment: working with Ledingham Design Consultants, we designed interior and exterior signage and design elements, including some very cool door handles.
Our website design for Forma supports their fitness and retail aspects. Its clean, spare black-and-white look emphasizes a fitness-first attitude, while the selective use of bold colours draws the eye to Forma’s distinctive apparel.
