Steffan Schmaling from Fortif Construction came to Red Rocket with a problem. His existing corporate identity, stationery set was flat and didn’t properly reflect the quality of the work he was doing, or the service he was providing. He needed a new visual identity system that would inject a sense of strength, credibility and reliability. The idea was that he wanted to look bigger than he actually was, and in turn, start to win some of the larger construction contracts. Red Rocket established a “white knight” conceptual direction that speaks to Fortif’s ability to come in and “save the day.” The new identity was applied to a basic stationery set including a “best of the construction companies” business card.
