After updating the packaging for Pacific Pilsner sales increased 183%
PWB approached Red Rocket to refresh the packaging of their product line — most notably Pacific Pilsner, their flagship product. The goal was to grow sales. We felt the most effective way to accomplish this was to ensure that the existing clientele stayed with the brand, while attracting new patrons at the same time. We were cautious not to toss out the elements that made the product recognizable, yet the design had to be rejuvenated. True to the original nautical brand, we incorporated the Pilsner crest with sails full set, this time anchoring it with a contemporary solid gold oval. The packaging now has more body and as a result more presence on the shelves.
